 Continuing the journey

As we sidestep into a new community or working environment, new challenges will always follows, these new challenges can either grow us a better engineer or actually bring us down demotivating us spiraling into the abyss confusing us with unclear goals and intention. Moving into this new world requires that we adapt quickly into the new method and style of our new bosses, people has always mentioned that workers leave because of the bosses not because of the company. It seems time flies quickly for those who never notice it, i have been at this new job for almost five years now, and i am glad that I feel that the switch has been fruitful and rewarding at the same time. For the last five years i am not responsible for any production line down situation which i guess creates the most pressure to anyone who has to deal with any production topic up until it can actually eat you alive with stacks of pressure mounting with material and shipment delay which inherently causes loss of income to the company. Dealing and handling pure development topics makes me more at ease with myself and able to have this life balance that people has been searching for.

For now i will try to spent once a week detailing my thoughts on the endeavors that i have to undertake on a weekly basis and sharing this insight with myself and the readers in the hope of shedding some light on the experience on encounters that might be beneficial as i look back to those old times
